How is satisfaction measured?

The satisfaction barometer is carried out by an independent market research company (IPSOS) at the request of the Brussels-Capital Region. The last survey was conducted from 19 October 2021 to 25 January 2022 based on an online questionnaire and one by telephone. A total of 8,321 people participated in the surve: 6,104 online and 2,217 by telephone.
