Top Employer 2021
STIB was awarded the Top Employer 2021 label for the 7th year in a row. This recognition acknowledges companies that are committed to providing the best possible working environment for their employees through innovative human resources practices.
STIB underwent a rigorous independent study to secure this accreditation. The evaluation covered the human resources strategy and processes, as well as elements such as internal communication, values and how these are conveyed and experienced throughout the business. The mechanisms implemented to encourage discussions between employees were also included in the criteria examined.
