In Clemenceau, as in De Brouckère, the emphasis has been placed on optimising the flow of traffic, improving accessibility and renovating the lighting, which is now more economical and ecological. The station now has a wider access, with two escalators.

Another major improvement is that a new walkway provides lift access to the platforms. The access on the chaussée de Mons side now has two new elevators.
